What is your return policy ?


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept a return for product in its ORIGINAL condition within 5 business days of delivery.

How do I return an Item ?

To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Call or email  Customer Service to discuss the return and to obtain a Return Authorization

Outbound shipping charges are not refundable.

Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of the merchandise (in ORIGINAL condition).

There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns, this covers the cost to inspect and return the product to stock for future customers.

Credit card purchases will be refunded to the card used in the original purchase

Online Clearance items may not be returned; they are a final sale.

 

How do i check status of my order ?

You will always find the most updated information regarding your order in My Account.

  1. Visit My Account by Signing In
  2. Click "View Order Status." You might need to log in if you haven't already.
  3. A list of your recent orders and their statuses will appear.

 

What countries do you ship to ?

Currently we ship to US Mainland & Canada. For delivery to other areas please send us an email on orders@favorshandicraft.com

My Coupon Code does not work. What should I do ?

We accept coupons only issued by our store. Generally the coupons are valid as per terms of the promotion. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers. Coupons are not valid on previous sales. If you still have questions you can contact us on orders@favorshandicraft.com
